Makeup!

As women, we are often objectified; often times, we may be seen only for our physicality’s and not our personalities. Whether we have curves or big butts, this becomes our standard of identification. We must then work extra hard for others to see us as we want to be seen. Working hard to be seen as a person can become stressful. Within ourselves we may have reoccurring battles to see ourselves in a positive and confident light; meanwhile, people and media constantly are comparing us to people we don’t necessarily know. We should start creating our own standards. What does a successful, confident positive woman look like to you? Does it look like Karla above or even Hillary in all the other photos? I don’t think so. This is not something you see externally. This is something you find and see within yourself and others. It is a certain feeling that we can create and often radiate.

Our hair, body, makeup, and skin type skin type does not determine our worth as women. Your appearance is just one aspect of ourselves, the internal part is what dictates how we see and think about ourselves. We can create what it means to be a woman by accepting our individualities. As each of us develop the kind of woman we want to be, then as women we create success– because we start seeing ourselves with strength, beauty, and passion. There is power in being your own kind of a successful, happy woman!

Makeup

I hope you enjoy this makeup look. It is simple, like most of my looks. The makeup look is uniform in color. I created this look for those of us who are often too lazy or tired to do all the extra work. Plus, you can pick out your favorite color or the best color for your complexion and use it to apply your everyday look. In the long run you will mostly likely save money on makeup, that’s a plus. There was no eyeliner applied, which makes this look fast and easy. Enjoy!!

YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF HOW YOU VIEW YOURSELF, SO LET IT BEAUTIFUL!
